On June 25th I had a pipe burst. The plumber came out and fixed and recommended UNR. At first everything was perfect. They came out and took care of the water leak. Communication was perfect and I WAS happy. Here it is the the middle of July and things have come to a screeching halt. So far I've been waiting a week to get the correct estimate and still nothing. When the project started I told them I have a deadline since I have to put the house on the market. That deadline is today (photo day) and from my understanding they are about 10 days from starting once the paperwork is signed. Well. I still haven't gotten it and communication has slowed. So I'm sitting on the other side of the country with a home that's going live on the market and I'm clueless as to where things are in the process. Would switch but I have not been given the OK from my insurance company to do so yet. So if you are looking for someone to make sure the water is dried up they get an A for that. Repairs and communication is a D at best. From day one they have known the deadline that I had and at no point did anyone say that it can't be done until 2 days prior. If you are going to use them make sure you find out a timeframe for them to complete the project. Time is money.

Recently I experienced a leak in my condo. The plumbers replaced the water heater and recommended UWRG. They have been quick to come, professional and very responsive providing info to my insurance co. In particular Rebecca List I'll I and Sean Tucker were terrific and are a credit to the company. Jason, Gabor, Nick and Sean did excellent work, they responded immediately to a short notice flooding situation and were on top of everything. They checked in daily to check that the water levels were receding and drying out. I highly recommend this company if you ever face a flooding issue in your home. Additional after water was all cleaned out they brought in a demo/packing team. Now is where a huge issue for me begins, the demo packing team had no business packing they were careless, a pod was used for storage and it looks horrible TVs just thrown in no bubble wrap heavy items thrown on top of them, none spoke or understood English and in my opinion are totally unskilled. I am. Updating my review with this company. I went from giving them 4 stars to one star. The reason for the change is because the remodeling team has been nothing but a disaster. They have been remodeling the house send early November. And it has been nothing but stalled stalleinstalled. My kitchen is the one thing that is holding everything up. It hasn't been touched in 3 and a 1/2. 4 moit's been one delay or excuse after another. II was told that he'll be in the house by Christmas. That didn't happen. I've been told numerous times that the cabinets are in order ready for pickup. And paid for that's not the case. They still haven't been picked app and they are on back order. So I know, buddy bothered to contact me. So there you go on that now. My insurance company has run out of money for keeping me in the rental and I am forced to move back into my house unfinished, not able to have water. Electricity, yeah, thankfully, I have a gas stove and I can cook can't do laundry. Can't babe can't do dithe remodeling team and the demo team seem to have their collective heads in a very dark region of their bodies because they didn't talk to each other. Nobody took pictures of the kitchen cabinets. That's been nothing but a disaster. So so I don't recommend this company.I don't think they really know what they're doing

We are in the process of having our bathroom remodeled. When the bathtub was removed mold was found. This halted all progress. Understanding that we only have one bathroom, Rebecca Pistilli went out of her way to alter her schedule in order to take a look at our bathroom. Luckily it wasn’t as bad as we thought and we are able to continue with installing our bathtub. She was very knowledgeable and explained what she found clearly. She was extremely friendly and truly an asset to her company. Thank you Rebecca!!!
