I am thoroughly disappointed with the services provided by this company, and I regret having entrusted them with my project. They have shown a complete lack of respect for their customer. Nothing they promised was completed, and based on my experience, I strongly advise others to research complaints about this company—unfortunately, they are entirely justified. I initially hired them because Floor and Decor assured me that they had vetted this company. However, that was clearly not the case. The company failed to adhere to scheduled appointments and, throughout the entire process, operated on their own terms without clear communication. I contracted them to perform floor grinding and leveling, but what I received has me concerned that they are tiling over an excessively soft floor, as evidenced by the attached photo. What is visible in the picture is precisely what lies beneath the tile—an issue that should have been addressed properly from the outset. Their initial promise was to grind the floor on the second day and apply a leveling compound, but unfortunately, this commitment was not fulfilled. Beyond the subpar work, I also encountered additional problems. They charge an extra $250 for water and air, yet left the job leaving the door open to the garage when they departed. Furthermore, they left buckets of water, they mixed with thinset, unattended in my house. My dog inadvertently discovered these buckets and drank from them. Given that the 6 of the same identical tile is used in the center of the floor. In conclusion, I deeply regret doing business with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them. They fail to meet deadlines, do not honor their verbal agreements, and do not follow through with the work they are hired to complete. I will not be relying on this company for any future projects. This job started the 18th was supposed to be done on the 23rd it has taken them 3 days to do a bedroom. You can hire an independent contractor who cares about there reputation on Facebook Following the company's review of this feedback, I received a text message indicating their desire to discuss the matter. I promptly provided my availability for a phone call, and we subsequently conversed. The company has since decided not to proceed with the completion of the project and has yet to respond about issuing a reimbursement for my 50% payment for tiling all flooring. The work remains unfinished; no grout has been applied to any of the installed tiles. I did not receive any updates regarding corrective actions until today, and I observed only one correction in the provided image. The text message conversation on an eta for repayment of work not completed has gone unread and no response back.

Michelle did a great job of estimating the different projects I needed done and breaking them down in the quote. The work done included wall patching and painting in several rooms, new base trim installation, and LVP installation. I was pleased that the work crews were coordinated and all work was completed within 3 days.

Best floor and tile installers in town - We hired The Hard Wood Stop to replace the Tile in all of the common areas of the house. We also had them do Tile work in the bathroom. We worked with Michelle for the design, she was awesome and Miguel went over the process and the options. The removal process was seamless and professionally done and the installation went better than expected. We had a few defected tiles and a chip in which they immediately repaired. They were very concerned with the quality of the finished project. It was one of the best remodeling experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend the Hard Wood Stop. Miguel will make sure your 100% happy with the completed project.

The Hardwood Stop delivers nothing but quality labor services and EXCELLENT communication. The installers are hard workers and the office team is constantly checking in to make sure things are running smoothly. I strongly recommend going with the Hardwood Stop if you want to be left speechless after having your floors or bathrooms remodeled!

I worked with Michelle on a project. Michelle asked several questions to make sure that she understood the entire project scope and addressed hidden needs that may come up in the project. She was able to provide an itemized estimate very quickly that was easy to digest. The staffing she uses is very skilled and the outcome is beautiful! I plan to use her and the team for future projects to come.
