I have never felt so taken advantaged of in my life. Beware, if you need just a small plumbing issue to be taken care of you will be raked $250 for a 2 minute job! I should have just paid the $59 trip fee and went with someone else, it probably would have still been cheaper than what he charged. I'm sure if you have a major plumbing problem he would do a great job, however, I can't even imagine charging someone $250 for 2 minutes with no parts! I understand everyone has to make a living but we also shouldn't be taken advantage of. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review, but I felt it needed to be done. This is just very sad... In regard to your response, lets be clear. $59 trip fee and $191 to pull out a broken piece equals $250 which took you 2 min. You were in my house from start to finish a total of maybe 15 minutes. Not sure where the other hour came from??? And wouldn't your drive time be the trip fee?? Plus, you were offering to put a new part in for a total of $385 and the part is only $23 retail and that only takes less than 5 minutes to do!! Wow, be honest here, you knew what you were coming here to do. And this review is the truth, fair or not.

Came on time. Told me my different options on a leaking pipe. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent quality service. They came out for a quote yesterday and gave it to me same day. They came today and moved drains I needed to change washer placement. I had called another plumber last who charged me $89 for a quote that I am still waiting on. Brett and Corey are so personable and explained everything, even took time to make friends with my dogs.i was beyond impressed with the office communication keeping me informed that they were running late. Highly recommend and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Brett was available on short notice. He was on time, very efficient and really nice. The updates on appointment and arrival time were great. I will definitely use Redemption again.

Working with Brett and his company was an awesome experience. He called me promptly and kept me informed every step of the way as he replaced our water heater. I would highly recommend him. He will be the person we call for future appliance repairs or replacements.
