Kirill Rebkovets1 StarVery rude. They gave me a very high price for a service. So I told them I wanted to check what other people charge. In the middle of me saying this, they hang up on me. It's just simply unprofessional.
Update: They wanted to charge me $160 to come out and test the backflow preventer which is a ridiculous price. To put things in perspective I just payed $35 for the same service with "Accurate Backflow Testing Pros" And they went above and beyond what they needed to do. Scott Jensen1 StarWe asked Master Plumbers to replace an outdoor hose bib on our lanai and provide an estimate for installing a gas line for an outdoor kitchen. Although the plumber was friendly, he didn't bring the right hose faucet that had been promised. He told us another repair visit at our expense would be required. The gas line estimate was more than double all of the other estimates we obtained. We won't be using this contractor again.Friday 9th September 2022
