Griggs was recommended to me by a realtor for a vacant property I am selling. I called on a Monday to get on the schedule. 10 days later, I called to check status, and they were shocked that no one had contacted me to tell me the work had been completed 8 days prior. Glad the work was done quickly (and hopefully correctly), but I received zero communication about completion or discussion about pricing prior to fixing the issue (an external water faucet dripping.) Is $180/hr the going rate for a plumber? If so, I'm in the wrong business. The fix cost $315 in labor plus $65 in parts (plus tax) for a total of $383. I recently paid $250 for an external faucet replacement elsewhere.

Awewome service! Griggs has been a family go to for years. After my mom got scammed out of over $2k from another company. We had to call Griggs, (we only went with the other company because Griggs didn't have any avaliblity), I should have waiting. Lee came in assessed the leak and fixed the problem and didn't charge close to what those other scammers did. Thank you Griggs for being honest and for acting with integrity.

Griggs has done a lot of work for our family over the years. They've done it all for us- from unclogging and replacing all of our toilets, fixing our kitchen drain and master shower, all the way up to replacing all of our old cast iron plumbing with PVC. Today we had them out to put in a new utility sink beside our washing machine. Every time they've done a great job, the plumbers and apprentices have always been prompt, professional and courteous, and their prices are always fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. You can't go wrong with Griggs! Thank you all for everything you've helped us with!

My parents had a hot water heater installed. Went without water for a day. Plumber hooks it up. No water. Oh well. It’s clogged your going to have to clear out the lines. After almost 700 dollars and he just leaves. No water. Now my dad at 70 has to take off all the faucets to try and clear them out with the air compressor.
