Showed up as scheduled. Was neat and courteous. Did a kitchen sink install that needed the plumbing rerouted from a two-bowl sink to a single sink and to accommodate for a glass rinser. Did a great job at a fair price!

Left a message in the morning, Bob called back later that afternoon and someone was here the next morning. Polite, courteous, explained the cause of our leak and replaced the garbage disposal which was causing the problem. Price was fair and reasonable.

The first time I used him he called morning of and couldn’t make it and had to reschedule. then I schedule another appointment, wait 2 WEEKS and he doesn’t show up. Calls me the night before to confirm at 5:00 dinner time and assumes not to come the next morning AND tells me to get some one else to do the job. Absolutely no customer service or respect for paying customers
